1. Reach Bronze Team Leader Status
2. Find more PSA’s.

The qualifications to reach Bronze Team Leader are:

Minimum 3,000 VersaPoints (1,500 min. from sales/purchases)

Minimum (5) PSAs
-
Minimum 3-star sponsor rating from PSAs (not required if you receive less than 3 ratings)
​
-It may be ambitious to reach Bronze Team Leader Status in your third month but it can be done. This is considering that you have already found at least 5 PSAs. If not, concentrate on finding your 5 active PSA’s and just maintain your EA2 status until you find them. The easiest way to maintain your EA2 Status is to place a 1500VP standing order (I recommend that you get the 125 TCredits Standing Order. You can use the TCredits to advance your status to Team Leader Status).

-There are other methods to earn VP’s but it will require you to spend more, my simple plan was designed to minimize the cost of reaching and maintaining a Bronze Team Leader status.

-To reach BTL status you must earn 3000VP. Below is a simple plan to help you earn 3000VP.

-Place a 125 TCredits Standing Order (Cost $36.25) 1500 VP
-Use the 125 TCredits in PriceBenders Auctions. For every Bid you make you will get 1 VP and 5 MRP. Total MRP’s that you will get is 625 MRP. Use this MRP to buy 4 single TCredits (126 MRP/TCredits), you will get 102 VP and 5MRP per TCredit Total = 408 VP
-You have a remaining 121 MRP + 20MRP from the purchase of 4 TCredits so you still have 141 MRP’s. This will enable you to purchase an additional 1 TCredit. You will get an additional 102 VP.
TOTAL SALES VP = 2010 VP
TOTAL SALES VP + TOTAL ACTION VP = 1026+2000 = 3026VP

YOU HAVE REACHED YOUR BRONZE TEAM LEADER STATUS.

The next important thing that you should do is to find PSAs that will duplicate this plan. As your active PSAs increase, the VP that you will get from “TEAM LEADERSHIP & SUPPORT” actions will increase and it will help you advance to the next Team Leader Status.
